A LETTER FROM RYAN
Dear True Pursuit,
God has placed on my heart a sense of gratitude for you. Pete and Matt, and I am sure others too, know my journey from where I was to where I am now with regaining heart, and place in the Kingdom of God. In case you don’t know, a few years ago it felt as though my world was beginning to crumble all around me. I was helping to build a business with my brothers…by-the-way, if you want a crash course on personal growth and self-reflection, start a business with your siblings:). But that is a story for another time. I was on the brink of losing my marriage, wanted to walk away from the business…it felt like I was losing it all. At the same time my brother was on a sabbatical from the business and I was really feeling alone. When he returned we talked and decided I needed to reach out to Pete and start the process of peeling back the layers in order to get to the root of my wounds. Although that work will never be completed, the process actually started for me at a TP weekend several years ago, but the pain and discomfort were not enough for me to fully enter into fully.

Matt led me into intense coaching to help facilitate and enhance the message of True Pursuit even further. It is these weekends that have been the catalyst for me to start and continue my journey of restoration and freedom. So in parting my advice to all who attend these weekends…”embrace the suck” that is a part of this life and continue to relentlessly pursue God. It will be the greatest journey you will ever know.
