The True Pursuit Boot Camp – CNY is a four-day adventure into the recovery of your masculine heart based on the book Wild at Heart by best selling author John Eldredge. Guys, this is not a typical men’s event. Through the stories of other men, teaching sessions, film clips, adventurous activities, and ample time for solitude & reflection, we will journey together on a daring expedition to get your masculine heart back.

im interested in registering for the true pursuit boot camp on september 30.
I am so looking forward to seeing how God is going to work in the lives of the men that attend this event on Sept 30th. Do you REALLY want to know what God thinks of you as a man? Are you willing to do the work, explore the depths of your heart to find out? This IS NOT your typical “church men’s retreat”. How do we, who profess to follow Jesus Christ live in this world,.. live from our TRUE heart? Come join us, expecting God to show up for you.
One of the recommendations was to read “Wild at Heart” by John Eldredge prior to showing up. Here’s another recommendation to help you understand the journey a little bit better. Read “Pilgrims Progress” by John Bunyun. (not sure on the spelling) Hope to see you all there. Lyle Regan
Yeah, Lyle…I think you spelled it right, and it’s a good suggestion. I’ll back up Lyle’s feelings about the bootcamp….it’ll be a different way to connect with your maker. You’ll get some clarity about your wounds and how they have caused you to live….as well as the way to begin to get healing so that you can start living the life God intented for you to live…a life fully alive… walking closer to Him…abiding in His love, mercy and grace….a little on the wild side, too!
I was having a conversation with another TPofCNY team member this morning and it struck me that there seems to be a lot of “rumbling” going on about the up coming CNY boot camp. Some folks that initially had said “i will go, without a doubt”, have suddenly come under various forms of oppression and “attack”. I believe it is the enemy attempting to keep these guys from going. That tells me at least 2 things, that those men are in a position where that is exactly the reason they should go, and the other is there must be something dangerous about them. Seems like satan fears who they really are,… and that they (the men) just might find out who God has made them to be, and it is making satan nervous. It is VERY powerful to live from a true heart. Seeking to follow God and walk with him. Do you have what it takes? YES YOU DO!, when you are pursuing who God has made you to be and willing to follow His leading to discover who you are and why you are here.
